Switch on "Credit sale" when you record a direct sale and the customer can pay later. The sale stays under Pending collections until it is paid.
Mark an order as a credit order to dispatch now and collect later. The Orders page shows what is still owed, with a reminder 10 and 30 days after the first dispatch.
Invoices can carry your own running number per financial year (for example INV/2026-27/001), printed on the invoice PDF and shown on the order. The Hortiprise team switches it on and sets the format for your account.
The purchase form now says "Paid in full" or "Credit (pay later / part-paid)" instead of "Cash", so it no longer reads like the payment method, and it warns you when a paid bill has no payment method.
Excel and CSV exports list one row per order with its payment mode, invoices are dated by the sale date and show the payments made, and an edited line price no longer resets when you add another item.
The Stock screen shows the total value of your stock. Give stock you grew yourself a cost rate, and set a reorder level on any item to be warned when it runs low.
Invoices, quotations and purchase bills now share one header with your business name, address and GSTIN, and a slimmer footer.
Change any saved purchase, header and line items included, or cancel or delete it. Its stock is reversed for you.
A batch whose order was marked dispatched before all its plants went out is flagged "Still owed", so you can settle it or send the rest.
An order that is fully dispatched and fully paid is now marked Fulfilled, and dispatch asks about any unpaid balance instead of hiding it.
See how many plants you raised yourself from each sowing batch, and how many of them have been sold or dispatched.
A new tab on the Stock screen lists everything that came in and went out over any period.
Relocate plants from one unit or location to another, with a log of every transfer.
The Units page has a tab that shows how full each location is.
Print or download any purchase as a one-page bill with its discount and GST split.
The module that holds your plant varieties is called Plants across the dashboard and the help pages.
Give a discount per line or on the whole bill for orders, direct sales and purchases. Export orders and purchases in bulk as CSV or PDF, and a direct sale now takes plants straight from stock.
Simpler GST-inclusive plans, a discount for quarterly billing and two months free on yearly billing. The Subscription page shows your plan, usage and what it includes.
Record what you buy from vendors and your other expenses, and keep a live stock count of every plant and item.
The AI assistant, plant health check, image analysis and demand forecast now live together in one full-screen workspace, with your usage and history.
The Sowing Batches page gives an AI read on your active batches: germination, batch health and overdue losses.
