All payments made to Hortiprise are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused billing periods.Refunds may be considered only under the limited circumstances listed below, and all requests are subject to internal review and approval.
- Technical failure of the platform (verified by support)
- Duplicate charges due to system error
- Accidental purchase within 48 hours and before product usage
