Dashboard Components
The Hortiprise dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your agricultural operations. Understanding each component will help you make informed decisions for your business.
Primary Key Performance Indicators
The top row displays your most important business metrics:
Total Sales
Shows total revenue generated from plant sales. Includes growth percentage compared to previous period with trend indicators (up/down arrows).
Total Orders
Number of customer orders processed across all statuses. Helps track order volume and business activity.
Active Customers
Count of customers who have placed orders or have active relationships with your business.
Plants Produced
Total number of plants grown and cultivated across all your sowing batches and operations.
Secondary Operational Metrics
The second row shows detailed operational information:
Pending Dispatch
Orders ready to ship - critical for fulfillment management
Total/Active Batches
Sowing batch counts - total created vs currently growing
Active Units
Number of operational polyhouses and facilities
Germination Rate
Average germination percentage over the last 7 days
Pending Payments
Orders awaiting payment - important for cash flow
Financial Summary Section
This critical section provides detailed financial insights:
- Advance Received: Total advance payments collected from customers (shown in green)
- Pending Balance: Outstanding amounts owed by customers (shown in red)
- Collection Rate: Percentage of total receivables collected (calculated automatically)
- Total Quotes: Number of quotes generated for potential customers
Data Visualization Charts
Visual representations help identify trends and patterns:
Sales Trend Chart
Area chart showing revenue trends over your selected time period. Features gradient fills and hover tooltips with detailed information.
Top Crops by Revenue
Pie chart displaying which plant varieties generate the most revenue. Helps identify your most profitable crops.
Order Status Distribution
Bar chart showing breakdown of orders by status (PENDING, SOWED, ONTIME, DELAYED, DISPATCHED, PAID, CANCELLED).
Sowing Batch Status
Bar chart displaying the status distribution of your sowing batches across different growth stages.
Recent Activities Timeline
The activity timeline shows the latest 8 actions across your platform:
- Order activities: New orders, status changes
- Sowing activities: New batches, germination updates
- Payment activities: Payments received, quotes generated
- Dispatch activities: Items shipped, delivery updates
- Contact activities: Customer communications
Each activity shows an icon, description, and timestamp with relative time display (e.g., "2 hours ago").
Date Range Filtering
Use the date range picker in the header to filter all dashboard data:
- Select custom date ranges to focus on specific periods
- All charts and metrics update automatically based on your selection
- Default view shows the last 30 days of data
